Everbright's Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

The primary functions of IQC are to ensure the quality of every single component used in the manufacturing process, and these include:
- Survey vendors
- Evaluate new vendors in cooperation with process engineering
- Lot-by-lot inspection of incoming materials
- Evaluation and statistical control of incoming materials

Everbright's Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)

The primary responsibilities of OQC are to ensure that each lot submitted meets internal specifications and customer requirements. These steps include:
- Perform lot-by-lot inspections of outgoing lots as per Everbright's internal test specifications
- Perform critical lot inspection according to customer's specification
- Approve and revise internal specifications; maintain files and perform
- periodic audits
- Final packaging and document check
- Approve and provide certificate of compliance as requested by customer
- Provide feedback on quality to production and engineering departments
- Perform statistical analysis to continuously improve outgoing quality level

Everbright's In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

The primary responsibilities of IPQC are to control relevant processes and assure the end products to meet stringent outgoing quality control standards. These include:
- In-Process quality control
- In-Process audit quality control
- Lot-by-lot control of critical subassembly units in critical processes
- Operation instruction review
- Scrap control and analysis
- Preparation of in-process inspection instructions
- OQC rejected lot analysis
